Something I was going to do later but I’ve started it off now, is a map, or a series of maps to highlight foodie trails.
The first one is a Sparkling Wine map for Dorset.

I have bottles from some of these vineyards but not all. English sparkling wines have come on leaps and bounds. Because of climate change, the band of weather that was great for the Champagne region has moved up to the South of England. French companies are investing in English vineyards for this reason.
